WPSS Updated Quarantine Guidelines

The Washington Parish School System has updated their quarantine guidelines. Beginning January 5, 2021, when students return to school,

—If positive for COVID-19, quarantine period is 10 days from onset of symptoms or date of test.

—If in close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19, quarantine period is 10 days.

—Athletes who are exposed to someone who tests positive for COVID-19 may not participate in practice or games for 14 days from exposure.

Contact school to report positive tests, suspected cases, or exposure to COVID-19.
