Two Arrested Following Slidell-area Armed Robbery
The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested two men following an armed robbery that occurred early Tuesday morning in the Slidell-area.
Shortly before 5:00 AM Tuesday (October 29, 2019), St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a convenience store on Pontchartrain Drive in Slidell after two men entered the store wearing orange ski masks and gloves. One of the men was armed with a knife and demanded money. The men fled the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes.
