Toni Yvette Graves passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at the age of 58.
Her visitation will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019 at Outreach Full Gospel Baptist 304 13th Ave, Franklinton, LA 70438 from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM followed by a family hour from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Sweet Home Church of Christ Holiness USA 2200 Greenlaw Ave Franklinton, LA with Elder Kevin Golden - Host Church Pastor, Rev. Antoine Graves - Pastor Officiating.
Crain and Sons Funeral Home - Franklinton are in charge of arrangements.
