James "Boe" Walter Archer, Jr., a resident of Kentwood, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at his home. He was born February 18, 1942 in Jacksonville, FL and was 76 years of age. He was a member of Beulah Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by sister, Lillie Ann Purvis, McComb, MS; nephew, Russell Lee Purvis; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by parents, James Walter Archer, Sr. and Essie Grace Archer; nephew, John Arthur Purvis.
Visitation at Beulah Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, Kentwood, from 9:00 AM until religious services at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 17, 2019. Interment Beulah Cemetery, Kentwood.
McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, in charge of arrangements.
