Ricky Wayne Barnes, age 58 and a resident of Bogalusa, LA, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa, LA. He was born in Bogalusa, LA on May 22, 1960.
He is survived by his daughter, Rikki Daniel Mayeaux (James); his granddaughter, Ava Dell Rose; a sister, Patricia Barnes Crain; a brother, Barry Barnes (Shannon); special companion, Delee Samford; numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Gerald Willman Barnes and Martha Dell Rhoden Barnes; and a brother, Gerald "Scooter" Barnes.
Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 P.M. Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Larry Lassley and Rev. Travis Houston officiating. Interment to follow at Thomas Cemetery in Bush, LA.
