Jerry Patrick Fairburn, age 50 and a resident of Kentwood, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Kentwood Manor Nursing Home. He was born July 7, 1967 in Independence.
He is survived by 2 sisters, Shirley and Alan Simmons, Amite, and Cathy and Dudley McIntyre, Amite; nieces and nephews, Charles and Erica Lebo, Lacey and Brandon Joiner, Robert and Jennifer Crotwell, Regina and Benny Basso, Ashley and James Stilley, James Simmons, Jr. and Tiffany Cooper, and Jonathan Hart; great nieces, Hallie Lebo Royals and Jacob Provstgaard, Abigail Basso, Jasmine Joiner, Kenzie Crotwell, and Harley Basso.
Preceded in death by parents, Luther Fairburn, Sr. and Louvernia Lebo Fairburn; brother, Luther “Peerod” Fairburn, Jr.; sister, Alice Jo Fairburn Robertson; brother in law, Richard Crotwell, Sr.; nephews, Richard Crotwell, Jr. and Justin Simmons.
Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, from 10 a.m. until religious services at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2018. Services conducted by Rev. E. J. Didone and Rev. Darryl Miller. Interment Lebo Cemetery, Chesbrough.
