Promotions Announced by Bogalusa Police Department

Bogalusa Police Chief Kendall Bullen has announced the promotion of two veteran officers. Captain Charles Helton, a twenty-seven (27) year veteran, has been promoted to the rank of Major. Sergeant Janice Johnson, who has been with the BPD for ten (10) years, has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
