TPSO Recovers Stolen Building Materials Worth Thousands

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office detectives began investigating multiple reports of theft and burglary from a subdivision in the Robert area in October, 2017. Thousands of dollars of building equipment and materials were reported stolen from building sites and storage containers.
On February 27, 2018, TPSO received intelligence that Jennifer Fraser (45) of Ponchatoula was observed removing materials from the property on several occasions. Detectives went to Fraser's residence, knocked on the door, and Fraser kindly showed off her stash of new flooring supplies stacked neatly on the floor behind her. Ryan Galadora (32) of Tickfaw was at the residence, attempted to flee on foot, and was quickly apprehended.
Fraser reportedly admitted to taking the property from a construction site. A search of her residence yielded two truck loads of building materials, appliances and home decorations. She also reportedly admitted to Galadora’s assistance in these crimes.
Later, Galadora disclosed an additional location on Weinberger Road where they had stashed enough building materials, appliances, and home decorations to fully load an 18’ trailer.
The property was returned to the victim.
