Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards reports the arrest of Robert Bradford (43) of New Orleans and Belinda Bradford of Ponchatoula after they allegedly committed an illegal drug transaction on Booker II Road in Hammond.Patrol deputies observed the couple pull into the driveway of a residence and complete what appeared to be a hand-to-hand narcotics transaction. This took place in plain sight and in front of TPSO Deputies. The pair was stopped and illegal narcotics were located on both persons and inside of the vehicle.
