Tuesday (November 14, 2017), the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation (LBI) – under the direction of Attorney General Jeff Landry – re-arrested Victor Loraso (36) of Covington for multiple Internet crimes against children.Last month, General Landry arrested Loraso (36 of Covington) on child pornography charges and asked the public for their assistance and information on the alleged perpetrator. New charges include 10 felony counts of Possession of Sexual Abuse Images/Videos of Children (under the age of 13), eight felony counts of Possession of Sexual Abuse Images/Videos of Children (over 13, but still minor), and two felony counts of Distribution of Sexual Abuse Images/Videos of Children (under the age of 13).
