According to a report by the Slidell Police Department, James Ratliff (30) is wanted by the Mississippi Department of Corrections for Simple Escape, by the Hammond Police Department for Forgery, and by the Rockwell County (MS) Sheriff's Office for Larceny.Ratliff came to the attention of SPD when a complaint was made about a person who was using yellow and white caution lights and driving an white Crown Victoria in order to get through traffic. Ratliff was identified as that person.
Anyone with information about James Ratliff’s whereabouts is asked to call your local law enforcement agency or 911.
