Shawn Porrovechio (34) of Covington is facing attempted murder charges after he tried to run over his girlfriend’s 8-year-old son with his pickup truck, then rammed a sheriff’s deputy on I-12 Thursday (May 4, 2017) evening.
The mother was playing baseball with her son in their yard near Covington when her boyfriend, Shawn Porrovechio, came outside. Porrovechio threw a baseball at the child, narrowly missing his head.
