Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards reports today (April 13, 2017) that Timothy Rouchon (26) will be charged with second degree murder and several other charges related to the murder of Dorothy Poche (89) of Ponchatoula Sunday night.
Rouchon turned himself into the East Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s Office this past Tuesday after learning he was wanted as a person interest in an active investigation by the TPSO. Rouchon was then transported to the Livingston Parish where he was wanted on outstanding warrants on unrelated charges.

Upon Rouchon’s return to Tangipahoa Parish, he will be charged with second degree murder, obstruction of justice, theft of a vehicle, and aggravated arson.
