Michael Angelo "Pap" Gaeta, III
January 2, 1967 - December 24, 2020
After getting his best trophy buck, Michael Angelo "Pap" Gaeta, III, a native of Chalmette, Louisiana, passed away peacefully at his home in Kentwood, Louisiana.
Survived by his wife, Laurie Blackmon Gaeta; four children Tiffani Wigstrom (Tobin), Kade Gaeta, Andrew Gaeta, and Christopher Prescott; grandchildren Kyleigh, Kaylee, Karley, Christopher Jr., Kara, Kadelynn, Mixey, Pheonix, and Kylar. Mother Geraldine Sarahan Gaeta; sister Beth Gaeta Peterson; brothers David Gaeta, Stevie Gaeta, and Brandon Gaeta; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Michael enjoyed hunting, fishing, welding, and especially spending time with his grandchildren. Michael was employed as a mechanic, but he truly was a jack of all trades. He will be deeply missed by those who love him.
Memorial service will be held at a later date due pandemic.
