Six suspects, four adults and two juveniles (no images to show), have been arrested this week in connection with a drive-by shooting in Tickfaw. The shooting occurred Monday evening, September 7, 2020, on West Trey’s Way in Tickfaw.
The suspects are accused of firing “multiple” rounds from 9mm handguns into a Tickfaw residence that was occupied at the time of the shooting. No injuries resulted. Detectives determined that the suspects traveled to the victim’s residence in two separate vehicles.
The adults arrested are identified as Larry Robinson (18) of Independence, Christopher Johnson (18) of Independence, Ivy Rogers (19) of Independence, and Anthony Brumfield (18) of Amite.
Each was charged with aggravated assault by a drive-by shooting and criminal conspiracy. Robinson was additionally charged with illegal discharge of a dangerous weapon.
