James Robert "Bob" Stafford
November 22, 1954 - June 20, 2020
James Robert "Bob" Stafford, age 65 and a resident of Franklinton, died Saturday afternoon June 20, 2020 at Lakeview Regional Medical Center. Bob was a former longtime employee with the Road Crew of the Washington Parish Government before retiring several years ago. He always enjoyed playing dominoes with his coworkers and friends. Bob loved watching football in his “man cave” and was a huge LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints fan. He also loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Survived by: Wife of 47 years: Pam Smith Stafford of Franklinton; 2 Sons and a Daughter in law: Robert Stafford and fiancé Jennifer Bateman, Craig and Amanda Stafford all of Franklinton; Daughter and Son in law: Janie and Frankie Tate of Mt. Hermon; Grandchildren: Kelsey Stafford Erwin and husband Patten Erwin, Morgan Stafford, Harley Slaven, Jaxon Slaven, Dylan Stafford, Kyle Cutrer, Kaylin Cutrer; Sister and Brother in law: Virginia and Rodney Varnado of Franklinton; Also numerous brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents Hoyt Stafford and Dorothy Stogner Stafford and a brother Wesley Stafford.
