Obituary

Regan Emily White

August 4, 1985 — September 9, 2026

It is with heavy hearts but deep gratitude for a life beautifully lived that we announce the passing of Regan Emily White, a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Regan peacefully departed this world on September 9, 2026, at the age of 41. Born on August 4, 1985, in Arlington, Virginia. Regan was the beloved daughter of Gayle and Roger White.

Her academic journey saw her graduate from LSU Lab School, and she later pursued her studies at Southeastern University.

Regan's life was rich with the love of family and friends. She is survived by her mother, Gayle White; her brother, Ryan White; her niece, Abigail Emma White and nephew, Kayden Brandon. Her heart was deeply connected to her uncle Ted Sarka and friends, Victoria Brandon and Tracey Adams. Also survived by a dear aunt Denise White and Cousin Lindsay White Padgett.

Throughout her life, Regan was known for her gift of making everyone around her feel valued and important. She had a unique ability to connect with people. Her love for the outdoors was evident in her enjoyment of fishing and spending time at the creek. Above all, Regan loved moments spent with her niece and nephew, who were the light of her life.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Regan's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization whose mission she deeply admired and supported. We remember Regan not just for the vibrant life she lived, but for the love and warmth she shared with all who knew her.
