A delivery driver, 32 year-old James Chenoweth of Franklinton, has been arrested by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office after he sent a sexually explicit photo to a customer after dropping off a grocery order.
STPSO advised that Chenoweth sent an unsolicited sexually explicit photograph via text message to a St. Tammany woman after delivering her grocery order Friday (September 18, 2026) night. The woman contacted the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office after receiving the photograph.
Chenoweth, who works for a third-party delivery company, was located by STPSO deputies Saturday (September 19, 2026) and taken into custody. He had already attempted to delete the photo from his phone.
Chenoweth was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center for Obstruction of Justice, Obscenity (Unsolicited Sexually Explicit Text Message) and Improper Telephone Communication.
