Tropical Depression Two is expected to become a tropical storm later today. It is currently located about 210 miles southeast of Mobile, Alabama and moving northwest at 3 MPH with 35 MPH maximum sustained winds. Gradual strengthening is forecast. The forecast calls for landfall over southeast Louisiana late Wednesday. Impacts to our area are not expected to be significant with this system.
