Rayburn Correctional Welcomes Six Cadets

On Friday, July 10, 2026, Rayburn Correctional Center celebrated the graduation of Academy Class 289,
marking the successful completion of the training program by six cadets. Warden Keith Bickham, Deputy Warden Kevin Luper, and the staff of Rayburn Correctional Center extend a warm welcome to these new graduates. We look forward to observing their growth and achievements as they embark on their careers.

Congratulations to Angela Galloway, Bianca Goddard, Marcus Harry, Da’Marion Newkirk, Breanna Riley, and Jacob Stogner.
