Parish President Ryan Seal has issued the attached Executive Order directing that the flags of Washington Parish Government be flown at half-staff in honor and remembrance of former Washington Parish President Mervin Etoy "Toye" Taylor, Jr.
The lowering of the flags serves as a symbol of respect and gratitude for Mr. Taylor's service to Washington Parish and his contributions to our community.
Our thoughts and prayers remain with the Taylor family and all who knew and loved him during this time of loss.
