Andrea Eve Miley Pounds
January 12, 1971 — June 28, 2026
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Andrea Miley Pounds, who entered into eternal rest on June 28, 2026, at the age of 55.
Andrea lived a life defined by love, faith, kindness, and selflessness. She was the kind of person who always put the needs of others before her own, giving freely of her time, compassion, and unwavering support. To know Andrea was to know someone with a gentle heart and a generous spirit. She had a remarkable gift for making others feel heard, understood, and loved. Family and friends alike sought her wisdom and advice, knowing she would always listen without judgment and offer comfort with grace.
As a wife, Andrea shared an extraordinary love with her husband, Joseph Pounds. Together, they built a beautiful life over 37 devoted years of marriage, standing faithfully beside one another through every joy and every hardship. Their love was steadfast, enduring, and an inspiration to everyone who knew them. They were truly inseparable.
Andrea’s greatest pride and joy was her family. As a mother, she led with patience, gentleness, and unconditional love. She never raised her voice, choosing instead to guide her daughters with kindness, understanding, and quiet strength. The love she poured into her family will remain a lasting example for generations to come.
Nothing brought Andrea greater happiness than her grandchildren. She adored Zayden Escher, Axel Escher, Rylan Taylor, and Brayson Taylor, who filled her heart with immeasurable joy.
In her later years, Andrea developed a deeply rooted relationship with God. Her faith became the cornerstone of her life.
Andrea is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Joseph Pounds; her daughters, Brittany Pounds and Morgan Pounds; her cherished grandchildren, Zayden Escher, Axel Escher, Rylan Taylor, and Brayson Taylor; her beloved sons-in-law, Eric Escher and Michael Taylor; her brother, Rodney Miley; and a special cousin, Charles Dennis Owen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Artimeze Miley and R.V. Miley.
Andrea’s legacy is one of compassion, humility, unwavering faith, and unconditional love. Although our hearts are broken by her passing, we find peace in knowing she is now resting in the loving arms of her Savior. She will be forever missed, forever remembered, and forever loved.
