After 23 weeks of comprehensive mental, physical, and academic training, five Troopers assigned to Troop L in Mandeville were among the 43 members of Cadet Class 108 who graduated from the Louisiana State Police Training Academy on Friday (June 12, 2026) . Welcomed to Troop L were Tpr. Olivia Collins, Tpr. Alexander Kitch, Tpr. Blake Pellegrin, Tpr. Cody Pruitt, and Tpr. John Thornhill.
Troop L encompasses the parishes of St. Tammany, Washington, Tangipahoa, and St. Helena.
