Tammy Jenkins Stogner 

May 7, 1969 – March 27, 2026

Tammy Jenkins Stogner, born on May 7, 1969 in Bogalusa, Louisiana, passed away on March 27, 2026, in Mandeville, Louisiana. She was a devoted mother, wife, sister, and friend who touched the lives of many with her loving and caring spirit.

Tammy was known for her loving nature and headstrong personality. She loved hard and especially cherished her children and grandchild. Her joy for life was seen in her love to dance, particularly to the song "Wipe Out," and her fondness for old music. Tammy devoted much of her time as a private caregiver, offering her love and care to those who needed it. She had a love for mowing the gras, planting rose bushes and shopping. 

She is survived by her husband, Larry Stogner; her son, Cody Allen Stogner; her daughter, Samantha Stogner; and her grandchild, Briden Allen Stogner. She is also remembered by her siblings Paulette Sharp, Paula King, and Darrell Jenkins (Jennifer) ; along with numerous nieces and nephews including Terry Sharp Jr. (Kelly), Stacey Sharp (Channing Clark), Heather Pearce (Mason), David Sharp (Randi), Moquitta Jones (Sean), Wendell King, Melina Jenkins, Bodie Jenkins (Izzy), and her brother-in-law Terry Sharp Sr. Her closest friend, Chrisinda Sharp, and many great nieces and great nephews also carry forward her memory.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Moquitta Jenkins; her sister Christine Sharp; and brothers-in-law Johnny Sharp and Wendell King.

Services to honor Tammy’s life will take place on April 4, 2026, at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, located at 75212 Lee Road, Covington, Louisiana. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Tammy Jenkins Stogner's memory will remain alive in the hearts of those who knew her, unforgettable for her warmth, fun spirit, and the deep love she shared generously throughout her life.
