Jiren Forbes, born on December 14, 2007 in Covington, Louisiana, left a profound and lasting impression on all who knew him before his untimely passing on March 20, 2026, in Dallas, Texas. Though his years were few, the depth of his character and the joy he brought to life were boundless.
Jiren was a vibrant soul, known for his infectious smile and lively spirit. He carried within him a bright energy that made every moment spent with him memorable. Funny and caring at heart, he had a natural charisma that drew people in, whether he was entertaining with song and dance or sharing laughter in everyday moments. His artistic nature was evident in his love for rapping, singing, and dancing—expressions that allowed his true self to shine brilliantly. Music was more than a hobby to Jiren; it was a sanctuary where he found solace and joy, and his talent for rap was a special gift he shared freely.
His love for cooking was equally compelling. Beginning a career as a growing cook specializing in Asian cuisine, Jiren took great pride in preparing dishes that pleased the palate and warmed the heart. Among his favorites to cook were pancakes and chicken, meals he made with affection and care. Beyond his kitchen skills, Jiren was also an avid gamer, enjoying games like Madden, and he found balance in caring deeply for his family—especially his niece and his sister, who was not only his closest kin but also his best friend and he was also a protector of his brother. Altogether, they shared a bond filled with mutual support and unconditional love.
Jiren’s journey through education saw him attend Conroe High School, a place where his character and talents continued to blossom. Those who walked alongside him there and beyond witnessed a young man who was respectful and caring, someone who touched lives quietly but meaningfully.
Perhaps what Jiren held most close to his heart was his spiritual commitment.
