Patricia Ann Burkhalter

Patricia Ann Burkhalter, age 76, was born on February 10, 1950 in Bogalusa, Louisiana to the late Modez and Virginia Dyson Burkhalter. Patricia Ann departed this life on March 13, 2026 at Mary Lanning Hospital in Hasting, Nebraska.
At an early age Patricia Ann joined Sweet Rest Missionary Baptist Church. She held several jobs and cooked for many. Her favorite hobbies were spoiling her nieces and nephews and cooking.
Patricia Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Modez and Virginia Dyson Burkhalter and brother, Stanley Burkhalter.
She leaves to cherish her memories her brothers, John Burkhalter and Jewel Bernard (Tina) Burkhalter; sisters, Auriela Denise Burkhalter and Ida (Greg) Holmes; niece, Shermanda (LaRon) Brumfield; nephews, Sherman (Nechelle) Brumfield, Joshua (Jamie) Brumfield, Fernando (Sabrina) Fox, Broddrick Dillion and Derrick Dillion; five great nieces, eight great nephews, a great-great niece, two uncles and a host of cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 11:00AM at Warren Cemetery 44445 Tob Wilson Road Franklinton, LA 70438 with Rev. LaRon Brumfield - Officiating.
Crain and Sons Funeral Home - Franklinton are in charge of arrangements.
