Amwaste of Louisiana Reports a Successful 2025 and Kicks Off 2026

Amwaste of Louisiana has announced their team's celebration of a successful 2025  and that they kicked off 2026 with being awarded renewal of their contract with the Town of Franklinton.

On January 8, 2026, the Town of Franklinton officially awarded the Solid Waste Contract to Amwaste of Louisiana. Amwaste of Louisiana, the Town’s current waste service provider at the time of the award, secured the new agreement, solidifying its partnership with the Town for an additional five years.  Pictured (below) signing is Amwaste of Louisiana's District Manager Lauren Anthony and Town of Franklinton's Mayor Darwin Sharp

Award recipients (also pictured below) were named as follows: The  Edward Hill Above and Beyond Award, driver of the year recipient was Angie Eugin and the Cedrick Banks Outstanding Service Award, hopper of the year recipient was Thomas Sambo.
