In 2025, Washington Parish Government continued working to strengthen infrastructure, improve public facilities, and support growth.
Highlights include:
- 30 miles of roads asphalted
- 116 culverts installed
- nearly $3 million secured in grant funding
- major bridge, facility, and recreation improvements
- 2,013 permits issued, reflecting continued growth
- 5,856 bags of litter collected parish-wide
- 100% live release rate at our Animal Shelter
