Faith A’lyssia Magee, 21 years of age, passed on Friday, January 9, 2026, in Argyle, Texas. Faith was born on March 7, 2004 in Bogalusa, Louisiana to mother Jamonica Dalcour and father Danny (Shanique) Magee, Jr.
She graduated from Lewisville High School and was employed at Education Staff Services (Denton ISD) as a Teacher until her death.
Faith was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend to all who knew her.
Faith is preceded in death by her sister, Harmani Dalcour and uncle, Letonio McGowan.
She leaves to cherish her memories to her husband, Erick Cummings; daughter, Reine Cummings; brothers, Ta’Reauniun Magee, Ya’Shun Magee, and Jer’Vega Dalcour; step-sister, Maya Jackson; and step-brothers, Stevie Dearmon, Eric Dearmon, and Xavier Dearmon; maternal grandparents, Denise Bishop and Jeffery Brumfield; paternal grandparents, Ola Magee and Danny Magee, Sr.; aunts, Dionetranese (Andrew) Escalante, and Shaola Magee; uncles, Christopher Taylor, Jeffery Taylor, and Aaron Magee; godparents, Breanna & Dusty Pittman and a host of cousins and friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM followed by the funeral service at 12:00PM at Crain and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Galloway - Officiating.
Crain and Sons Funeral Home - Bogalusa are in charge of arrangements.
