Tropical Storm Melissa, again today, is the only disturbance in the tropics. Melissa is located about 160 miles SE of Kingston, Jamaica moving WNW at 1 MPH with maximum sustained winds at 70 MPH. Rapid intensification is forecast to begin over the next 24 hours, becoming a major hurricane by Sunday. The probable path sure helps me breathe easier.
