Back in August, TPSO Narcotics deputies teamed up with Hammond Police Narcotics officers to investigate a suspected drug dealer in the Ponchatoula area, an investigation that expanded to multiple addresses involving multiple suspects. Then on Tuesday (October 28, 2025), search warrants were executed at homes on East Rateau Road and North 1st Street, both in the Ponchatoula area. During the operation, the Jacksons were taken into custody at the home on 1st Street which is located near an elementary school. Detectives recovered a large amount of marijuana, synthetic marijuana, or Mojo, and liquid Methadone between the homes and vehicles parked at the homes.
The TPSO would like to thank our partner law enforcement teams for the assist with this extensive investigation which is ongoing with additional arrests expected.
