Brian Heck, age 54 and of Covington, has been arrested by the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office on two counts of Third-Degree Rape
WPSO Deputies were dispatched on July 4, 2025 to a camp on Meckling Drive in reference to a possible rape. According to a report by the WPSO, after a day of tubing and barbequing, the two victims retired to the camp for a nap, where one reports waking up after being raped and the other woke up while Heck was subsequently attempting to rape her.
The two victims drove to St. Tammany Parish Hospital for treatment immediately after the alleged incident, where rape test kits were collected and turned over to the Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office. Shortly after, Deputies arrested Heck on two counts of Third-Degree Rape and he was transported to the Washington Parish Jail. No bond has been set at this time.
