Debra Amacker Haley

March 25, 1957 - June 7, 2025

Debra Amacker Haley, age 68 and a resident of Mount Hermon, passed away peacefully Saturday afternoon June 7, 2025 at her home. Debra worked several years as a surgical scrub technician in the Covington hospitals and later worked alongside her family in the A&G Enon Quick Stop for many years. Debra enjoyed sitting on her porch watching the hummingbirds and other wildlife. She liked watching her favorite crime drama TV shows, painting and working crossword puzzles. Debra loved playing different board games with her grandchildren, whom she adored. She had a special place in her heart for her pet Chihuahua and Pekinese dogs.

Survived by: Husband of 51 years: Malcolm Haley; 3 Children and Spouses: Malcolm Haley, II, Jessica and Gary O’Keefe, Matthew and Amanda Haley; Grandchildren and Spouses: Billy Potter, Gary O’Keefe, Jr. and Kayla O’Keefe, Codie and Bailey O’Keefe, Alyssa O’Keefe and Jacob Freeman, Damien and Shirley Haley, Brodie and Ru Haley; Great-grandchildren: Abel, Paisley, Adalynn, Aiden, Ella, Ryder; Mother: Margaret Amacker; Brother and Sister in law: Darol D. and Karen Amacker; 2 Brothers in law and Sisters in law; 5 Sisters in law and Brothers in law; Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her father Darol E. Amacker, sister Denise Amacker and other family members.

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Friday June 13th from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm Friday with Rev. Chris Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow in the Fleet and Dixie Haley Family Cemetery.
