Tayre Williams

July 18, 1969 - March 4, 2025

“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: a time to be born,
and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted."  Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

Brother Tayre Williams was born to Essie Garden Williams and Mr. Louis Williams on July 18, 1969 in Bogalusa, LA.

He belonged to Second Baptist Church in Franklinton , LA.

He was a long time labor welder who loved his family. He was married to Mrs. Shirley Williams and to this union one daughter, Sophia Taylor was born.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving daughter, Sofia Blunt (Bennie); a loving mother, Mrs. Essie Garden Williams; five sisters, Quiney Williams, Pam Williams, Melody Williams, Carol Williams, and Tabitha Williams; five brothers, Peter (Stacey Ann) Williams, Tellie Williams, Teddie Williams, and Catlin Williams; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Shirley Williams and his father, Louis Williams.

A visitation will be on Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 9:00AM - 11:00AM followed by the funeral service at 11:00AM at Crain and Sons Funeral Home with Pastor Tellie Williams - Officiating. Crain and Sons Funeral Home - Franklinton are in charge of arrangements.
