The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office (TPSO) has arrested two men in connection with a home invasion in Loranger last month and are still looking for one additional suspect along with an indirectly-related wanted suspect.
Christopher “CeeJay” Robinson, age 17, was booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail on one count each of Home Invasion, Possession of a Machine Gun, Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic, Illegal Possession of Stolen Things, Possession of Weapons while in Possession of a CDS. Tycorey Marshall, age 17, was booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail on one count of Home Invasion. Both were also booked as fugitives from St. Helena where they were wanted for Home Invasion and Burglary. Additionally, both were booked on an unrelated charge of Accessory After the Fact to Simple Escape connected to the Jemarcus Cyprian jail-escape case.
In the afternoon hours of November 27, 2024, deputies were called to a home in the Loranger area after a report of a home invasion in progress. Two juveniles were in the home at the time, but were able to hide in a closet during the crime and were unharmed.
Deputies were quickly able to locate two suspects, Robinson and Marshall, in the vicinity and took them into custody. The pair was armed and had stolen a gun safe. Detectives believe this crime was not a random act. Two additional suspects got away in a blue Honda Accord. Detectives have identified at least one person of interest as 21 year-old Treyeon Brumfield (shown right) of Amite
During this investigation, it was learned that Robinson, Jr. worked in collaboration with Jalen Robertson (shown left), age 19 and of St. Helena Parish, to help Jemarcus Cyprian remain on the run from his May escape from the Tangipahoa Parish Jail. While Robinson, Jr. was charged for that subsequent to the booking in this case, Robertson had been booked separately. However, that arrest was a violation of bond for an existing case Robertson has been arrested for in St. Helena and he is now wanted once again following the 21st Judicial District Court revoking that bond.
This investigation is ongoing and detectives could use the public’s assistance to locate these remaining individuals.
