She is survived by her 1 daughter, Lisa Shaffett; 3 sons, Newell Didone, David Brown, and Roy shaffett; 2 sisters, Ruby Ridgedell and Vermie Simmons; 1 brother, Andrew Brown; 10 grandchildren, Christina Thornhill, Kimberly Kowalski, Cody Brown, Newell Didone, Jr., Aaron Didone, Dustin Brown, T. J. Stinson, Darbie Patin, Rodney Shaffett, and Devin Brown; 10 great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband, Johnny W. Shaffett; brothers, Richard W. Brown, Jerry Brown, and Jack Brown; sister, Orgie Ruth Seal; daughter, Debbie Brown; mother, Nannie McDaniel; father, Wallace Brown.
