Molly "Tiny" Duncan Ladner

April 19, 1942 - December 22, 2024

Molly "Tiny" Duncan Ladner, age 83 and a resident of Pine, passed away to her heavenly home Sunday morning December 22, 2024 after a brief battle with cancer. She was born in Mount Hermon on April 19, 1942. Molly enjoyed cooking in her kitchen with her children and grandchildren and going to the auctions with her oldest son and daughter in law James and Charlotte Ladner. She was married on March 1st 1956 to the late Douglas Ladner, together they stayed for 68 years.

She is survived by: 4 Children and Spouses: James and Charlotte Ladner of Amite, Jimmy and Lisa Ladner of the Warnerton Community, Brandon Aaron Ladner of Pine, Janice Faye and Fr. Larry Wagoner of Carriere, MS; Grandchildren and Spouses: Donny James Ladner of Amite, Hannah Leigh Ladner of Franklinton, Jennifer Lynn and Joey Philipello of McNeil, MS, Joshua Edward and Ashley Wagoner of Poplarville, MS, Sarah Louise and Michael Ebarb of Natchitoches, LA; Great-grandchildren: Gavin Bernard, Evan Bernard, Landon Ladner, Hudson Ebarb, Logan Ebarb, Audrey Wagoner, Barrett Wagoner, Canton Wagoner, Julius Philipello, Johnathon “JJ” Ladner; Molly’s Brothers and Sisters were Tommy and Diane Duncan, Elwood and Joann Duncan, Monroe and Dot Duncan, Woodrow and Ada Dean Duncan, Cleavie and Vernie Duncan, Joda Duncan and Ida Rotherham, Jerry and Shirley Duncan, Lavenia and Bill Lily, Robert and Betty Duncan; Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins

She was preceded in death by her son John Ray Ladner, husband Douglas Ladner, father Elmer Duncan, mother Lona Slaven Duncan Miller, grandson Jim Harley Ladner, sister Edith Duncan Brooks, brothers Jerry Duncan, Elwood Duncan, Woodrow Duncan, Cleavie Duncan, Tommy Duncan and other family members.

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Tuesday December 24th from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 am Tuesday with Bro. Brent King and Bro. Richard Magee officiating. Special music will be provided by Darlene Lily, Angie Beahm, Kevin and Lorrie Covert. Burial will follow in the Maples Cemetery near Mt. Hermon.
