INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES:
- AN ORDINANCE to dedicate the remaining balance of The American Rescue Plan Funds to water and sewer infrastructure.
- AN ORDINANCE allocating remaining ARPA Funds and Enacting the Better Bogalusa 2025 Plan.
PUBLIC HEARINGS & ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES:
- AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Attorney to retain Amanda Plaisica to provide legal services in the area of civil services, Union negotiations, and employment matters to address ongoing and anticipated issues.
- AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Bogalusa to pay the sum of ten thousand dollars and no cents ($10,000) to Landon Tims.
- AN ORDINANCE to approve and adopting the City of Bogalusa Operating Budget and Capital Budget for the Fiscal Year 2025.
- AN ORDINANCE to approve the Planning and Zoning request for a special use Permit for just Us Home Away From Home, to use a Residential Home in A-1 Residential as a Daycare.
