Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested 23 year-old Devan Matthew Pettit of Slidell on December 6, 2024 on the charge of (Distribution of) Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of Thirteen; 15 counts.
Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
This arrest was the result of a joint investigation with General Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security Investigations, and the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Pettit was transported to the St. Tammany Parish Jail and booked accordingly.
There’s no word on Pettit’s bond information at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
