David Newton Duncan

David Newton Duncan, a resident of Brandon, MS, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He was born February 15, 1965 in Tylertown, MS and was 59 years of age.
He is survived by his daughter, Sydney Duncan; 3 grandsons, Blaine Duncan, Gavin Duncan, and Cade Duncan; wife, Catherine A. Duncan; 2 stepsons, Benjamin Purvis and Blaire Purvis and wife, Stephanie; 2 step grandchildren, Elizabeth Purvis and Ripp Purvis; numerous cousins and many friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, Huey and Belvery Duncan; brother, Walter Craig Duncan.
Graveside Services will be held at Crain's Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Thomas, LA at 11:00AM Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Services conducted by Bro. Bobby Crain.
McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, in charge of arrangements.
