MOST WANTED: Tangipahoa Parish

After a successful October locating several fugitives who had been wanted for the past few months, the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office (TPSO) is re-engaging the public to help locate three more outstanding fugitives.

In the past month, 26 year-old Khyle Deitch, 20 year-old Craig Daniel Hawxhurst Jr., and 19 year-old Alfred Boatwright, were all located and taken into custody. Deitch was wanted in connection with a Drive-By Shooting in Roseland back in July, Hawxhurst was wanted in connection with an Attempted Murder in Hammond in September, and Boatwright was wanted in connection with a Shootout in Fluker at the beginning of October.

TPSO’s Criminal Investigations division is still on the lookout for:

Jamarcus Cyprian, 20, who is wanted for escaping the Tangipahoa Parish Jail back in May. Detectives have information that Cyprian has been seen back in the area recently and has changed his hairstyle. There is a $10,000 reward for information leading to Cyprian’s capture.

Adam Patrick Kuglar, 61, who is wanted on three counts of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He was last known to be living on Lee’s Landing Road in Ponchatoula. Update at press time: Adam Kuglar has been located. 

Alfred Roy Cobb aka “The Saw Bandit,” 32, who is wanted by at least four law enforcement agencies for several ATM burglaries that occurred last month where construction tools were used. At this time, an accomplice, 37-year-old Daniela Lucas, is in custody at the Tangipahoa Parish Jail.
