Patrice "Tricey" Lenette Johnson-Watson

August 27, 1970 - October 24, 2024

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8 (KJV)

Patrice Johnson-Watson affectionately known as "Tricey" entered into eternal rest on October 24, 2024 at Touro Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Myrtle and James Johnson.  She leaves to cherish her memories a devoted husband William R. Watson; son Jeremiah Watson; sister Tamara (Kevin) Rhea of Atlanta GA; brother Kenneth Johnson; special niece Kendrika Robinson; six step-children Darwin (Celeste) Cryer, Tandrey, Marilyn and Corey Henry, Brandon and Christopher Washington; four grandchildren and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. 

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life on Saturday, November 2, 2024 for 10:00 AM at First Mount Calvary Baptist Church 2919 Sixth Street New Orleans, LA 70115. A Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until service time.  Rev. Uyless D. Landry officiating. Interment will be held on Sunday, November 02, 2024 at  Mount Olive Cemetery in Mount Herman, LA.
