Phyllis Lynn Alford
October 9, 1958 - July 26, 2024
Phyllis Lynn Alford, age 65 and a resident of the Mount Pisgah Community, passed away Friday July 26, 2024 at her home. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church. Phyllis was always loved by her family and friends.
She is survived by: 2 Sisters: Sharon G. Burch, Mona Kathleen Alford both of the Mt. Pisgah Community; Nephew: John A. and Jennifer Burch, and their daughter Sara; Niece: Kitty and Alan Johnson, and their children Nicholas and Alyssa; 3 Aunts: Edna Sprehe, Grace Roberts. Martha Miller; Also numerous cousins and other family members
She was preceded in death by her parents Keith Alford and Ruth Smith Alford, sister Virginia Ruth Alford, brother Keith Darrol Alford, 4 nieces Lanette Fontenot, Laura Burch, Amy Fontenot, Donna Davis, great-nephew Daniel Bullock
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Monday July 29th from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 am Monday with Rev. Lenard Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers: John Burch, Rocky Burch, Sherman Burch, Paul D. Smith, Hut Moak, Ty Moak
Honorary Pallbearer is Kyle Hartzog, who is currently serving in the military.
