Cecil Bryant Thompson

March 31, 1931 - March 7, 2024

Cecil Bryant Thompson, age 92 and a resident of Jonestown, Texas passed away Friday, March 7, 2024 at Cedar Pointe Health and Wellness Suites in Cedar Park, Texas. He was an Ensign in the Coast Guard and received the good conduct medal. He was a former Bluegrass Musician and a retired Boilermaker.

He was preceded in death by his wife Pauline Hunt Thompson, his parents Luther Lee Thompson and Gladys Johnson Thompson, and brothers Huey Thompson, Luke Thompson, Donald Thompson, B J Thompson, and Tommy Thompson.

Visitation was held at Crain Funeral Home from 12 PM until time of funeral service at 2 PM with Rev. David Easterling. Burial will follow in Pine First Baptist Church.
