Obituary

Chad Everett Carden

February 8, 1972 - February 24, 2024

Chad Everett Carden, age 52 and a resident of the Enon Community, passed away Saturday February 24, 2024 at Riverside Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born in New Orleans on February 8, 1972 but grew up in Bogalusa and attended Bogalusa High School. Chad always enjoyed spending time with his friends. He had a huge, caring heart for people and was definitely the person to call when someone was in need of a little help. Chad loved listening to his favorite music and was very talented musically, playing many songs that he knew on the keyboard simply “by ear”, a talent he later passed on to his sons. He could also work well with his hands and liked to work on electronics and speakers. Chad was meticulous in his appearance and clothing, as he always liked to look nice. He had a special place in his heart for his pet cat “Churchie”.
