Safety Drills at Parish Schools

We want to inform you that the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office (WPSO) will be conducting safety drills at a couple of schools within the parish this week. These drills are an essential part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and security of our students, staff, and community members.

Here are the details of the upcoming drills:

Lockdown Drill at Thomas Elementary

• Time: 08:20 AM

Safety Drill at Mt. Hermon

• Date: 11/17/2023
• Time: 08:30 AM

Please note that the previously scheduled drill at Pine High School has been canceled and will be rescheduled after the holidays.
