Linda Crockett Seal

June 14, 1958 - October 17, 2023

Linda Crockett Seal peacefully ascended into eternal rest on Tuesday October 17, 2023 at her home in Angie, LA. She was 65 years young. Linda was born on June 14, 1958 to the late Paul L. Crockett and Audrey Elfreda Farmer Crockett. She was a native of Folsom, but spent most of her later years residing in Angie with her late husband Michael Seal and family. Linda was a sweet, kind, loving and selfless soul who was loved by all who knew her. She was known for her infectious laughter, compassionate nature and her amazing cooking skills, especially the family favorites, enchilada casserole and chicken cacciatore. Her true passion was spending time with her family and doting on her two new grand babies, Beau and Albany. Linda will be forever missed by her family and friends.

Survived by: 2 Sons and Daughters in law: Matthew Ryan Jenkins and Mandy Jenkins of Franklinton, Zachary Michael Seal and Kayla Seal of Angie; 2 young grandchildren: Beau Jenkins and Albany Seal; Sister: Mattie McCarty of South Carolina; Step-mother: Betty Sandifer Crockett of Folsom; 2 Step-sisters: Gail Hayes, Carol Bateman both of Franklinton; Also numerous nieces, nephews and other family members

She was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years Michael Wayne Seal, parents Paul L. Crockett and Audrey Elfreda Farmer Crockett, a sister Paulanne Harper, father in law and mother in law Alvin Wayne Seal and Lynn Scardino Seal and many beloved aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home (1109 Bene Street, Franklinton) on Wednesday October 25th from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm Wednesday with Rev. Joey Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Bonnie Cemetery in Angie.
