"Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the issuance of a one-time, non-recurring stipend of $2000.00 and $1000 for certified and support positions, respectively, as appropriated during the 2023 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature"

"Discuss and take appropriate action regarding issuing a one-time, non-recurring stipend to Pre-Kindergarten personnel"
