The Flag Raising Ceremony kicks off fair season and was held today (Friday, September 29, 2023) at 10:00 AM at the Washington Parish Courthouse in Franklinton. The Bogalusa Ceremony will on October 4, 2023 in front of Bogalusa City Hall.
