Tropical Storm Arlene is moving SSE a 9 MPH with sustained winds at 40 MPH. There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect. Arlene is forecast to become a tropical depression today, degenerate into a remnant low by late tonight, and dissipate on Sunday.
